Olivia's Dollhouse Tea Room is proud of our excellent service and outstanding reputation. We attribute our success to the sheer determination of ensuring that all of our patrons receive great quality service. Our desire and goal is to give the best party ever for our guest of honor.

Our POLICIES are designed to ensure that all of our guest enjoy a memorable event that will last a lifetime. The following Policies and Procedures are strictly adhered to, however, they may vary slightly from location to location so be sure to inquire when booking your party.

OLIVIA'S DOLLHOUSE TEA ROOM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

A. ARRIVAL TIME: Please be on time. We suggest arriving as close as possible to the time booked, as we do not allow for early entry. If you have not requested additional time, your party is for TWO hours. We will be escorting your party out promptly at the end of your two hours. Please make sure parents are aware and respectful of time if little ones are being dropped off. The same "time" factor is enforced for our "Mini Tea Party Special" (One Hour).

B. DEPOSIT: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a party. All deposits are non-refundable if your cancel less than 45 days prior to your party; however, you may use the deposit to rebook your party. If you need to postpone your party, you may postpone once and your new booking date must be put on the book within 90 days of your cancellation date.  If your newly scheduled date is not recorded within that period, you will forfiet your deposit. Even if your party is set for a year out, we need record of your newly scheduled party within 90 days.

C. DEPOSITS/BALANCE: Deposits and Balances due may be paid in the form of cash, check or credit card (depending on your location).  The remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the party.  In some locations, there is a $5.00 credit card fee if a credit card is used to pay your balance., however, there is no fee associated with credit card used for making the $75.00 initial deposit. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. If your deposit is in the form of a CHECK, it is imperative that you write the date and time of your party on the check in order to credit the deposit appropriately.

Rescheduling/Cancellations/No Shows-

• In the event that you need to reschedule your party, please notify us as soon as possible.  Your deposit will transfer over to your newly set date.
  

• Fifty percent of the party value will be charged for cancellations  received less than 12 hours before your scheduled party time.

• No-Shows are charged at full party value.

D. CONFIRMATION: You will be contacted a few days prior to your party to confirm the number of guests.  In some locations, all pre-party contacts are made on the Friday before your party. If you do not hear from us, please call. A final head count is required during the pre-party contact. If your arrival number of guests has decreased by three (3) or more from the count you provided during the pre-party contact, you will be charged an over staffing fee of $25.00 In some locations, for parties were 15 or more were confirmed but the number decreased by three (3) or more, the over staffing fee is $50.

If your arrival number of guests exceeds your confirmed count by three (3) or more, it can greatly affect your party, so please let your guest know how important it is to RSVP.

E. PARENTS/ADULTS: Parents/Adults are welcomed. WE DO NOT SERVE FOOD TO THE ADULTS! We provide one round of complimentary ice tea, lemonade, pretzels and a small veggie tray of carrots, celery and dip. If you would like to bring something extra for the adults, that is perfectly okay, but keep in mind our staff is there to serve the children. If you are providing eats for the adults, be sure to also bring your paper plates, utensils, napkins, cups, etc., as we do not supply those items. Again, there is no early entry, so please keep in mind that all items will enter with you as we see you in for your party.

F. ORDER OF ACTIVITIES: At Olivia's Dollhouse Tea Room, we have a specific order of activities so that we can most constructively use the time. You are welcomed to take group or individual pictures, however, please remember that we may have to do this in lieu of opening gifts. Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to.  For example, if a guest arrives 30 minutes late, they will most likely miss out on the dress-up/beauty parlor segment of the party.

G. NON-PARTICIPANTS: We are aware that the honored guest may have siblings and all are welcome. However, please note that there will be a charge for any child or adult who participates in the party (i.,e., dress-up, dining, or treasure chest). Children not participating in the party must be supervised by an adult at all times.
